Your At-Home Care Routine

Routine professional cleanings are important for a healthy mouth, but they aren't a silver bullet. A killer at-home routine is key to removing the daily bad bacteria that causes cavities and gum disease.

Our hygienists and dentists have spent hours reviewing research and seeing results from real patients to create this recommended at-home routine. If you want to level up your hygiene game, follow this routine for best results: 

Best At-Home Routine

Morning routine

  1. Brush with soft bristle electric toothbrush and recommended toothpaste. Spit but do not rinse after brushing.
  2. Optional: Floss and/or Waterpik, Tongue scraper

Evening routine

  1. Floss and/or Waterpik
  2. Brush with soft bristle electric toothbrush and recommended toothpaste
  3. Optional: Tongue Scraper
  4. Swish with recommended mouthwash for 45 second, do not eat/drink for 30-minutes

Toothpaste
